Cops have priorties and are very busy most of the time. I've always thought it would be fun to carry an air horn in my truck and when one of those losers pulls up next to me I could lower the window and blare the horn at him.

perhaps u shud go and seek lawyers help.. lawyer can surely make it a public litigation case.
Once the issue becomes known to people by your case(and cause).. we will see specific laws come out of nowhere.

I have those things in my car the one you call woofers. they don't make the music loud you do. I don't play my music loud and don't like people who do. law wise there are a certain amount of decibels that you have to go over before they do anything and then again someone has to complain. I also have tinnitus and it is not from loud music. last but not least i am not a criminal lol
