Where can I find a sound effect of ringing ears like in call of duty?

I am doing a project at school and I have to make a war scene. I decided to make it a 1st person video and a need a sound effect like the ringing in your ears in call of duty. I appreciat (sorry for bad spelling) your help.

If you’re asking about the sound effect that they use when you get disoriented by a flash bang (such as in Call of Duty 4), I believe all it is is a high pitched buzz or hum that drowns out other sound and lasts for a couple of seconds.
