What are some remedies for a huge red zit?

I’ve already had it for a week, and it just won’t go away.

get a washcloth hot and wet… then steam it out. don’t burn yourself but get the skin moist and very warm then pop carefully. no fingernails… instead of pushing in towards the zit, try pulling the skin tight away from the zit. it will only work if the skin is moist and the pore is open from the heat. It may not be beautiful for a couple days, but if you do it like this there’ll be a lot less scabbing than just popping it.
