We've gone the hot pack route, drinking echinacea tea, val salva, hot steam, megadoses of vitamin C, chewing gum. Any other ideas would sure be welcome. He is very uncomfortable…and grouchy…

Over the past 2 years I have become really allergic to my cat…the problem is that im one of those people who are in love with their pets and spoil them to no end, so i still let her sleep on my bed…i take benadryll 2/3 times a day but its starting to wear off, and im up all night blowing my nose and my ears are always itching…
is this bad for my health in the long run? i realize its stupid but I just dont have the heart to throw my cat off of my bed. I change my sheets as frequently as possible.
Also, is there anything else I could do to help at home? I heard vitamin C helps, is that true?
thanks

I do not want to mention this brand, but every blog and research I've done points me to withdrawl pains after dis-continueing the vitamin. I only took one brand, no other medicine. I do not take more than one type of vitamin…this is the only thing I used to take. At for 100, and two free 50-count bottles with it, I feel I was ripped off. Can I return the 197 vitamins I didn't, and refuse to take? Why when I've asked this type of question before on Yahoo Answers, why do nurses come on here and tell me it's un-heard of, or it's all in my head? I've not taken this vitamin in 3 weeks and I no longer feel bone, feet, ear, toe, neck, back, knee, elbow, and head pain like I felt when I was taking it. I need answers, and has anyone suffered extreme bone pain reactions, like I have, from a major multi-vitamin? I want serious replies ONLY. And don't answer going, thanks for the points. I think these vitamins might endanger my health, if they haven't allready.
