I rarely ever get heartburn but I have it really bad tonight and can't go to sleep. It goes all the way from my lower ribcage up to the top of my throat and is the worst heartburn I've ever had in my entire life. (Salsa was the culprit)….what can I do to get rid of it? I don't have any antacid medicine or pepto bismol or anything and don't want to go to the store. Any home remedies that'll do the trick?

The doctor said I have tinnitis (buzzing or ringing in ears.) Is there any natural or homeopathic remedy for this? I will soon go crazy with it. Doctor said there was a medicine, a steroid, which could possibly alleviate it, but I checked medicine out on the internet, and it said use for chemotherapy. I don't want that. Please help before I go nuts!!!! Thank you.

I do not want to mention this brand, but every blog and research I've done points me to withdrawl pains after dis-continueing the vitamin. I only took one brand, no other medicine. I do not take more than one type of vitamin…this is the only thing I used to take. At for 100, and two free 50-count bottles with it, I feel I was ripped off. Can I return the 197 vitamins I didn't, and refuse to take? Why when I've asked this type of question before on Yahoo Answers, why do nurses come on here and tell me it's un-heard of, or it's all in my head? I've not taken this vitamin in 3 weeks and I no longer feel bone, feet, ear, toe, neck, back, knee, elbow, and head pain like I felt when I was taking it. I need answers, and has anyone suffered extreme bone pain reactions, like I have, from a major multi-vitamin? I want serious replies ONLY. And don't answer going, thanks for the points. I think these vitamins might endanger my health, if they haven't allready.

Two months ago I withdrew from an antidepressant after about 5 yrs of using it. It was a low dosage and the withdrawal was after taking the consent from my psychiatrist. Within a month after withdrawing I started having ringing noise in the ears. I went for ENT tests and the doctor told me everything was fine. So I got back to my psychiatrist as I had read that tinnitus is a likely side effect of antidepressant withdrawal. He put me back on the same medicines and when the problem still remained after 2 weeks of taking medicines, he increased the dosage. I really regret having withdrawn from the medicine in the first place and feel terrible with persistent ringing ears. Has anybody experienced this. What bothers me more is that all websites mention that there is no cure for tinnitus. It is two months already since this problem started. Will it every go away? Do I have any hope? Please help if you know any remedy. I am in touch with my psychiatrist too.

Western medicine/surgery has no solution for continous noice inside the ears, day and night. They say this ( tinnitus) has to be lived with!

Ok I am 14 years old, and today I have been diagnosed with tinnitus. I do listen to music loud and play guitar loud, but that will have t o change … OK on with the story, this has been going on since Saturday. My doctor has given me an anti-inflammatory medicine. And he said if that doesn't work he would refer me to a specialist. Is there a chance my tinnitus can go away, because on this one medical site I read that the ringing can decrease volume wise, or be elimentated. Is it possible my tinnitus can "go away" …?
Actually ge gave me a sample of methylprednisolone which I found out is a steroid, will this help me??? Please I need to know, and even if I get treatment, will I be able to play shows w/ my band ???

I have already had problems with ringing in my ears before taking this medicine but now it's really loud and bothersome. It's so bad I have trouble falling asleep to white noise now. Something I could easily do before.
I just want to know if I quit taking it if that side effect will stop.
