I have had a ringing in my ear for about a week. My brother has just had an ear infection that made him lose 90% of his hearing in his ear and I visited him and the next day this started. I’m in Maryland where it snowed 2 feet. I had an appointment on Friday that was canceled, I have an appointment today that was canceled. I don’t have health insurance. I don’t know if there are any home remedies or not and if I should go to the emergency room or wait out the weather until tomorrow (hopefully).

I had a tick on my stomache, and now the spot where it bit me is large red bump-like thing, and slightly purple as well. Its comprable to a scab, and it kinda hurts. Its been about a week since I removed the tick, and it never actually sucked my blood (researched it) but the swelling and redness haven’t gone down a bit! Is there any home-remedies or something I can do to help?

I am currently taking acne medication, so nothing that will harm my thin skin. I am 12, so I can’t go to the store- home remedies only. I feel like I have tried almost everything! I don’t want anyone to figure out my embarrassing secret, so nothing weird like rose water with crushed mint leaves and pea pods, or whatever.

I don’t get pimples very much, and it isn’t very big.
I attempted popping it, but it didn’t go over well!

My sister has a wart on her elbow. We are tired of going to the doctor to get it frozen and we are tired of buying all of these things from the stores that never work. This wart just won’t go away. If you know of any home remedies that work that you could tell us, or a way you know of that will get the wart taken off, please tell me. My sister and I would appreciate it. (We have already tried dandelion milk, covering the wart with nail polish, and putting duct tape over the wart.)

Im 3 months pregnant and have a bad tooth ache. I can’t get into my doctor until after the 4th. I can only take tylenol and have taken my limit. Does anyone have any good home remedies or ideas that can help. I can’t go to sleep and feel horrible anyway. Thanks!

A stray cat came to our home about a week ago. He/she is extremely skinny and malnourished. About 3 weeks previous, she/he had come to our house, however it wasn’t nearly as sick and skinny looking. We fed him for a couple of says and then he left. Almost every bone in his/her body is able to be felt (he/she is a fluffy cat so it isn’t that noticable that it’s skinny). We have 3 other cats that we take to the vet, along with 5 dogs and 2 horses. All of whom we take very good care of. However, we can’t afford to take this stray to a vet. All of our animals came to us as strays, so we try our hardest to help the animals. All of our 3 cats a completely avoiding the cat, going as far as to sleep and eat in the gaurage rather than the front porch. Are there ANY, ANY at all, home remedies that I could try to help this cat? His/her energy level is very low, it doesn’t go very far at all. Mostly it justs sleeps. How can I help this cat?
We live out in the country and a lone puppy recently showed up on our doorstep. We took him to a no-kill shelter ( we had to lie that we found him in a parking lot). As everyone knows, your not suppost to take animals to a shelter outside of city limits. So what should I do? Take him to another animals shelter and say I found him on the side of the road?

I break out occasionally and wash my face as needed (not too much so it won’t dry out, but enough to keep it clean) but after the acne is gone, I have dark spots and blotches on both sides of my cheeks. It’s very embarassing because i can’t go with a natural look without make up.
