Could this be an inner ear disorder?

Hi guys I'm hoping someone may be able to help me. I am an 18 year old female & for the past 2 months or so I have been very light headed. It's not vertigo but it feels as though I could pass out. Along with this,I feel tired all the time sometimes I feel like I'm in a dream and I'm always with brain fog where I just don't feel right. I seem to not be able to concentrate as well as I used to. I also have pulsatile tinnitus(doctors don't seem to worry about it too much) I've had MRI's of my brain also MRA because I thought I wasn't getting enough blood flow to my head, I've had CT scans, Carotid Ultrasound, and blood tests.

What could possibly be wrong with me? I went to a neurologist, cardiologist, and an ENT. They all think it might be anxiety.
Right now I am going to another ENT who THINKS it might be BBPV…it's just a suggestion, he doesn't sound too sure though. He says not to worry about the pulsatile tinnitus…but the thing is that 2 days after first getting the pulsatile tinnitus I started getting the dizzy spells.

I'm starting to suspect inner ear problems since I have suffered many sinus infections and such. I was thinking maybe labyrinthis(sp?) since I have all the symptoms. How do I get diagnosed with it? I am currently going to an ENT, should I go to a neurotologist instead because this ENT doesn't seem to know too much about it.

For 7 1/2 yrs. now, I've been wondering why my ears were so sensitive to certain sounds. I asked doctors, & they didn't have a clue why my ears were so sensitive. Saturday, I googled SENSITIVE EARS, & the Hyperacusis condition came up.

When people chew loudly, like smack on their food or gum or pop & snap/click their gum, suck hard on candy, the sound of someone trimming their nails, certain outside machinery, chainsaws, loud cars/trucks, yelling, screeching the chalkboard, etc. (You get the picture.) Hurts my ears badly enough to where I feel temporarily deaf, like my ears are numb for 2 hrs., they hurt INTENSELY, & I get a migraine headache, & my shoulders, neck, & back start hurting. It hurts bad enough to make me cry. It startles me & makes me lose my temper & triggers me off to have an anxiety attack. It's disabling for me because everywhere I go, people are doing that, & I have trouble leaving my house. When I ask people to stop with the gum, they think I'm crazy.

otitis media causing permanent hearing loss ?

I am 16 and I believe I have hearing loss. I was diagnosed with otitis media when I was one. My parents decided to keep me off antibiotics and to have the doctors perform surgery instead. I have been getting this same operation until I turned 14. Since my ear drum was growing, I had to get a new grommet placed in my ear. How can I have hearing loss when the doctors caught the problem early? Also, I have tinnitus. I had bad ear aches as a child. Even after the surgery. The doctors prescribed ear drops for the pain, and they helped.

Tinnitus, but no hearing loss?

I’ve been having tinnitus for over a year, but with no evident hearing loss (I got tested with machines, etc.). I have no idea what’s causing it, on the same side of my affected ear, I have ear-aches, palpable nodes on neck (very small, not visible just palpable), and a constant dull ache around the jaw. I’ve had x-rays, ultrasounds of the neck done, and doctors seem to find nothing. They say my lymph nodes are normal. What could be causing my tinnitus?

In this problem. I get a regular ringing or hollow sound in my ears. This problem just started about 3-4 months back just after I had some ear infection. Doctors say that there is no treament available for this problem and I have to get adjusted with it for the rest of my life. Its very annoying and I have lost all peace of my life. I can not concentrate on any work, I can not even sleep at my own. Please advise me if any one has any remedy. I heard that there are some non-conventional remediews which cure this problem.
