Remedies for a pimple that won’t go away?

I have a pimple on my cheek that has easily been here for a month. It’s red and swollen like a pimple but it doesn’t hurt like a pimple. I’m frustrated that it won’t go away. Any suggestions or remedies that might help it at least go down in swelling?
Thanks

Sounds like it’s cystic. .below the skin. You can try an aspirin mask. .get 3-4 tablets of uncoated aspirin, crush to a powder, then wet with just enough water to make a paste, apply to face for 10 minutes, then wash off with warm water. You can also order an alpha hydroxy lotion from acne.org. .$16 for 6 oz bottle that lasts 4-5 months. .cheapest thing out there I’ve tried that works! (been using it for 6 months now) I’ve been through 2 rounds of accutane, dermatologist presribed topicals, and countless otc brands, and this 10% alpha hydroxy lotion has saved me!! You can read reviews for both at the website acne.org. Hope this helps you.
Does it have a white head that you could pop? If not then it’s a blemish I think. There are lots of home remedies for that, here’s a link.
