I'm 31, healthy, I work out occasionally, i'm on weight watchers right now and I'm trying to find the perfect multi vitamin for my diet needs. Anyone have one they really love, does it give you more energy, make you feel better, etc…..????

i'm 28,also healthy, but recently i came to know a perfect multi vitamin that gives me energy whole day and above all the good thing is that it is organic, squeezed out of the plants and converted into the pills, it is easy to digest because it dissolves completely into the water in just 10 minutes. It's the best and i am the real testimonial of it.
u can go through this website and can get more information about it.
cheers,

i take a generic multivitamin for women from walgreens. i haven't noticed much of a difference in my health, but i don't think you're supposed to.
Use Flintstones
Women's Ultra Mega from GNC.
They have various ones, but I think I have the Active.
It gives you at least 400% of the RDA for vitamins and minerals.
Though I try to eat right (as opposed to dieting), I don't always get my 5 fruits and vegetables throughout the day. I noticed a difference after taking these vitamins.
Right now I'm enjoying a product called "Protein greens plus" from this company. It not only tastes good, absorbs well but also has a ton of good nutrients like greens, soy, minerals and vitamens.

There are some other good companies out there as well. I do recommend rotating brands every few months as the body changes and sometimes needs a variety for maximum results.
Any brand is fine. The most important thing is to read the label for both potency and bioavailability.
Potency tells u that 500 mg in the pill form is actually going to deliver 500 mg. Bioavailability tells u that that same 500 mg is made from ingredients that will be maximally absorbed by your body without being flushed out as waste (no pill will do a 100%, but a good pill may do 75%).
Also, generally stay away from vitamins without a USP certification. Since vits are not regulated by the FDA, they can say pretty much anything and get away with it.
