Is it safe to take Gingko Biloba Fish oil and anti depressants in a daily bases? ?

Ginko is fine so is st. John’s wort. It doesn’t work for everybody and it usually takes a few weeks to work. 5-htp works great for depression as well.
No research studies have linked consumption of fish oil with adverse effects. The jury is still out on St.John’s Wart and Gingko piloba.
Fish oil is probably the safest of the products you named.
They don’t interact but there’s no evidence that St. John’s Wort even works, I’d hardly call it an anti-depressant.
don’t take gingko biloba every day . take it once in 2 day. it will affect your period cycles.
I experence it before by taking gingko everyday, n my period became heavy
