I have been diagnosed with possible Menears disease since I have a high pitched hearing loss in my left ear and in the past have had vertigo. When I clean my house and bend up and down a lot it gets much worse with the ringing and dizziness

I’m not a doctor, but it sounds to me like your equalibrium is off. This happened to my father when I was younger. He had the same symptoms that you are describing. What you do, is go to a doctor. If it IS the equalibrium that is off-balance, they will have you lie on a table and they will do some sort of procedure where they put something into your ear. The room will look like it starts to spin while they are fixing it, but then it stops and everything is back to normal. Thats what happened to him atleast. If not equalibrium, it could be your blood pressure also. Whatever it is, it sure does not sound fun. I would get it checked out ASAP.
U might also have low blood pressure, see a doctor and ask him/her to check your blood pressure
See a doctor
STOP….. I repeat….STOP!!! cleaning your house!!!!!
lol….
You might have an ear infection, a build up of wax, or vertigo. Seek the advice of your physician.
If you are a man you are most likely allergic to housework.
Seriously check blood pressure and stand up slower. Maybe hire a maid.
There are many things that could cause ringing in the ears. It could also be several different things that could cause all these symptoms to appear. Your best bet is to get a second or even third opinion just to be sure and do your own research.
