There is no real solid answer to the question. It depends on a lot of factors such as the loudness and duration of the noise, as well as how quickly your body can recover from such damage.
If it doesn’t clear up in the next 12-24 hours, I would strongly urge you to seek medical assistance. It would be a good idea now, but you’re obviously avoiding it.
If you weren’t wearing ear protection, you may also want to have your head examined.
depending on the ear damage it could last a life time
Ringing in the ears is often referred to as tinnitus. It is often a sign of hearing loss. If it doesn’t resolve it’s self soon a visit to the Dr. is in order.
It could literally last forever. Use ear protection to save your ears from permanent damage.

i hope your goes away soon,, it usually last a few day,s,,i have it 24 hrs a day in both ears now,so i know what your going through, mine is permanent due to not wearing the proper hearing protection,,when i should have,be careful, the next time it may not go away.hope this help,s you some.
It depends on how loud the noise was and the health of your ears. When i was 17, I went to a KISS concert and could only hear ringing for 3 days!!
