5 days ago my right ear started ringing so loud. Its been like that every since except now i cant hear hardly at all out if that ear. When i talk it sounds like a busted speaker inside my ear. the ringing will get louder and then quiet down like a switch turning it on and off. i cant hear out of my right here and when i do it just sounds faint… is this permanent?

There’s a lot of reasons you could have problems hearing. Were you in an airplane or anything? You could have a broken eardrum (they heal themselves).
You could even have a bunch of wax just stuck in it.
But many people with unexplained hearing loss get a lot better following normal chiropractic care.
Ditto for kids that have ear infections all the time – the Eustacian tubes get pressed on by misaligned neck vertebra, then there’s no exit for the fluid and it builds up, causing pressure and infection.
Go see a doctor. It sounds like an ear infection. If it is, you can only get antibiotics from a doctor.
A dull constant ringing in the ears can be caused sometimes by low iron levels. Or maybe you have a wax problem. But regardless, it probably won’t go away until you see a doctor.
Sounds like tinnitus. Check with your doctor to be sure.
Sinus congestion, loud music, or physical damage to your ear/eardrum can result in your ears ringing. Try poking a 1/2" drillbit into your ear. Squeeze the trigger on the drill, and slowly insert the drillbit into your skull. This will make all ringing stop. Some side effects of this method may include: Loss of hearing, brain damage, memory loss, sudden death, excessive bleeding, headaches, nausea, or your head may implode. If done in public, you may cause mass hysteria. Please be considerate and do not attempt in front of mentally ill children.
