Soak it in cool water with some soap and some "all color bleach" like Chlorox2 or Biz. You need non-chlorine bleach to get around the "do not bleach" thing. It will come out great if you let it soak about 4 hours. You can even do it in warm to hot water if it is white. Mix the soap and all color bleach well in the bucket then add and stir the tank top.

You can try using Spray n Wash stain stick pre-treater before washing in warm water. This product is great for all kinds of stains. Or if you have any hydrogen peroxide in your medicine cabinet/first aid kit..try that. Dampen a cotton ball with the peroxide and dab at the stain. Wash immediately in cold or warm water. Either one should do the trick. Good luck.

Cover the stain right away in laundry detergent. Tide works best, but use what you have. If you don't use liquid detergent, then make a paste with water out of the powder. Let that sit for about fifteen minutes and then wash as usual. Don't dry the shirt until the stain is up.

I've never had any luck with Shout, Spray N' Wash, etc.

Heat it gently in some washing powder containing oxygen bleach, stirring all the time. It should come out easily.
