Health question: I have a problem of Tinnitus. Is there any remedy?
In this problem. I get a regular ringing or hollow sound in my ears. This problem just started about 3-4 months back just after I had some ear infection. Doctors say that there is no treament available for this problem and I have to get adjusted with it for the rest of my life. Its very annoying and I have lost all peace of my life. I can not concentrate on any work, I can not even sleep at my own. Please advise me if any one has any remedy. I heard that there are some non-conventional remediews which cure this problem.

there is a study ( it's been out for a long time ) on ginko biloba , the study basically showed it help reduced most who took it, they are not sure why either. i too suffera bit from it but have learned to tune it out so it no longer affects me
Have you tried seeing a ent specialist (ear, nose, throat)? Omg I feel for you, that would drive me nutzo too. good luck
they have these things that look like hearing aides except it sends a certain frequency or "feedback" type of sound in the ear to try to cancel the noise out of your head.
if i'm not mistaken the ear works by little bones vibrating. the vibration is what gives you sound.
i'm not a doc so i don't know if it's the tiny bones maybe vibrating out of control causing the noise, but if it is then why not try doing that holistic technique to relieve pain.
ever see someone put a drinking glass over a soar muscle. inside the glass would be a match or small candle. the flame would suck up all the oxygen causing the skin the rise.
well sound doesn't exist in a vacuum. so if you put one of those small round candle floats on your ear and cover it with a glass maybe the lack of oxygen will stop the vibration. would be an interesting experiment to try?
