Dry skin on chin and no pimples? What are some remedies or tips to get rid of it?

I've been using lotion off and on for it but it hasn't gone away.
And its just on my chin.

Get some exfoliating lotion with natural sea salts, and then use a circular motion on your chin for a minute. Afterwards, wash off with lukewarm water, then splash a blast of cold water on your face, pat dry it, and then use a facial moisturizer, specially for dry skin, such as Olay, or Dermatologists.
