Could being pregnant cause ringing in the ears?

I woke up in the middle of the night with a quiet ringing in my ear… It was a high pitch sound, but more like clicking or beeping.. Not quite sure how to explain it, because it isn't drawn out, just a lot of short ones and it still HASN'T gone away. So, could this be a symptom of pregnancy or does it have nothing to do with it? I've gotten ringing in my ears before, but it usually only lasted a couple seconds, never this long. Thanks!

I have never heard of anyone that is pregnant complain of ringing in their ears sorry.

idk but they do tend to hurt sometimes
im 39 weeks pregnant and been getting ear ache kinda things goin on in my ears for the last 5 weeks. i asked my doctor about it and he said yes in later staged of pregnancy it can happen…
