But if you’re looking for a specific Tinnitus book to help you get rid of the problem, then the one I can recommend is called "Stop The Ringing" by Geoff Barker. Inside, he reveals 11 techniques to get rid of the ringing and to stop it forever.
I used that book a year ago and it worked very well. Now I don’t have any ringing in my ears and if it ever comes back, I just use one of the techniques he posted (specifically technique #4) to get rid of the noise forever.
