Gold, only gold, dial soap. Bath soap.
Wash morning and night.
Change pillow cases twice a week or more.
Watch your fried foods.
Don’t use ProActive its useless… Google Skin ID and use that, Neutrogena is a much better company!
I would try different make up and or shampoo.
Try Octagon Lye Soap, you could find it it MOST grocery stores its the detergents aisle its very inexpensive, well any soap made from lye with no fragrance, fragrance irritates the skin and will make it worse.
There is this new popular cream that people have been talking about.
It prevents future and existing acne, diminishes scars, and lightens skin and
blemishes. Fast results too!
Before and After photos are available at the given ebay site.

Or you can buy the whole container for $160, I believe.
My sister and cousin have tried the product and they both give it thumbs up.
I hope this helps. =)
avon has an awesome facial wash/scrub that i really like. i use it personally. but doing a honey (PURE honey only!) every other day will help take the redness out of zits and tighten up your pores a bit. witch hazel is also a good natural astringent to use every night and every morning. i would get so desperate in high school for my skin to be clear that i would use straight rubbing alcohol. im paying for it now. it causes premature wrinkles. (thats also why you should avoid pro-activ it has very high alcohol content)
