They would be able to use better chemicals on the carpet and would have better chance of getting the smell out. Urine is very hard to eliminate the smell. As the urine absorbs into the carpet padding. So the smell will linger until the carpet and the padding are ripped out and replaced. Sometimes depending on the amount of urine that soaked through, the wood that the carpet tacks into, has to be replaced as well.
