Does such a remedy or treatment exist????

If I tilt my head backward and at a certain angle, I get a ringing noise in my left ear. Is this normal?

I have had a ringing in my ear for about a week. My brother has just had an ear infection that made him lose 90% of his hearing in his ear and I visited him and the next day this started. I’m in Maryland where it snowed 2 feet. I had an appointment on Friday that was canceled, I have an appointment today that was canceled. I don’t have health insurance. I don’t know if there are any home remedies or not and if I should go to the emergency room or wait out the weather until tomorrow (hopefully).

Yesterday in the late morning I noticed a constant ringing in my right ear. It stayed ringing all day. I went to sleep hoping it would stop the next day, but I woke up this morning and it’s still there. I’m 16 years old. What should I do? Will it stop eventually?

My dad said when people here a ringing in there a for a little while one of the hairs in your ear is dying or something like that. But I don’t think that is it. I still hear stuff but if the room is quiet or in complete silence I can hear it very clearly. So why do I always hear a ringing?
